Administration of the city of Spassk-Dalniy Completed work In 2022, the company FrrestGrand LLC, being a town-forming enterprise, was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Head of the Spassk-Dalniy GO. Our company pays great importance to the issues of local importance in the territory of GO Spassk-Dalniy and Spassky District, in the implementation of investment projects and the creation of new jobs.
Since 2018, the company is a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok, the total amount of investments under the agreement on the activities of the SPV resident is more than 636346.34 thousand rubles. The Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) is a territory where investors enjoy special customs, tax and administrative regulation regimes.
In 2019, ForestGrand LLC launched a timber processing and logistics complex. Investments in the project totalled RUB 40 million. As of November 2021, the investment volume reached RUB 300 million. The volume of timber harvesting is 300 thousand m3 of timber per year. The enterprise processes all harvested timber. Sawing is carried out on 11 sawmill lines manufactured in China. The productivity of 10 lines is 200 m3 of logs per shift, the 11th line saws 50 m3 of logs per shift. The drying area of the enterprise consists of 24 chambers with the volume of 120 m3 of single load each.
The sawn timber produced is mainly exported to China and partially sold in the Krasnodar Territory and Moscow Region. In 2018, the company launched a large-scale project to build a 19-hectare timber processing plant in Spassk-Dalniy. The investment amount is about RUB 1 billion. The project is planned to be completed and reach full capacity by 2027.
In 2022, it is planned to increase production capacity, install an Artiglio sawmill line with a capacity of 200 m3 of logs per shift, install an additional sawn timber drying section with 24 drying chambers, and launch a line for the production of peeled veneer from hard and soft wood. The construction of a pellet shop is planned for waste utilisation.

As a result of the investment project, the number of ForestGrand LLC employees will be increased to 500.
In 2022, ForestGrand began to deliver products by railway transport in its own covered wagons. For this purpose, 30 wagons were purchased from NPK "United Wagon Company" with a loading volume of up to 175 m3. In the future it is planned to renew and expand the rolling stock.
In February 2022, ForestGrand started production of hardwood veneer. The planned production volume is 20 thousand m3 per year.
In 2022, the Company will implement measures to prevent and avoid forest fires in leased areas. It is planned to repair and reconstruct 15.6 km of fire protection roads, clean 104.5 km of fire protection mineralised strips, equip 23 recreation areas in the forest, and install 31 information stands.
In May 2022, the company's equipment fleet was supplemented by a locomotive with a steam-powered unit for transporting machinery and materials around the plant.
