Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation Completed work In 2023, on the basis of the Children's Creativity Center in the village of Kavalerovo, the Ginseng School Forestry District was created. A total of 21 students take part in the event. In 2023, they took part in the “Garden of Memory” campaign.
On 18.03.2023, the annual All-Russian action "Garden of Memory" was launched in Russia, which aims to plant 27 million trees in memory of everyone who died during the Great Patriotic War. "Garden of Memory" is a movement that unites hundreds of thousands of indifferent residents of Russia around immortalising the memory of those who gave their lives fighting for our freedom. In addition, the action is also aimed at solving urgent environmental problems - greening cities and towns, restoring forests and reducing the carbon footprint.
The organisers of the Action are the Federal Forestry Agency, the Federal Centre for Supplementary Education and Recreation for Children, the Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation for the Development of Environmental, Social and Patriotic Projects "Garden of Memory", the All-Russian Public Movement "Volunteers of Victory", the Victory Warlords Memorial Fund, the All-Russian Public Movement "Volunteers of the Forest", the All-Russian Public Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
Pupils of pre-school educational organisations, students of general educational organisations from 1st to 11th grades, children's associations, clubs, circles of supplementary education organisations, students of special (correctional) educational institutions and parental community are invited to participate in the Action to assist in solving various organisational issues.
In 2023, teams of educational organisations consisting of the Heirs of Victory, Military Reinforcements (teachers), Frontline Correspondents (students) and Home Front Workers (parent community) will take part in the Action.  

To carry out the Action from 20 April to 22 June 2023, the teams choose and carry out the following activities (at their choice):
- planting of "Gardens of Memory";
- renewal of gardens planted within the Action in previous years with new species of trees, shrubs and new varieties of flower crops;
- creation of a composition of flowering plants, planting of grown seedlings of flower crops; activities for the care of crops planted within the Action in 2020-2022.;
- conducting excursions for parents and graduates of educational organisations to the Gardens of Memory in 2020-2022;
- holding an event to organise a botanical corner named after Heroes of the Great Patriotic War and Special Military Operation;
- planting a "Garden of Memory in the schoolyard" with the installation of a plaque about a hero teacher, participant of the Great Patriotic War;
- All-Russian Victory Lesson.
Following the results of the Action, the educational organisation submits a report on the All-Russian Victory Lesson via the link on the official Victory Lesson page and fills in the reporting data on the Action in the team's personal account on the information platform volunteerspobedy.rf. All participants of the Action will receive electronic certificates.
The summing up of the Action will take place as part of the All-Russian Environmental Festival of Children and Youth "To Live with the Earth!", which will be held in November 2023 in an online format.
