VORDI: Changing the World Together! The All-Russian Organisation of Parents of Disabled Children and Adults over 18 with mental and other disabilities who need representation of their interests (VORDI) is an organisation of parents and legal representatives of disabled children and adults with mental disabilities and other disabilities who cannot represent their interests independently.
In all countries of the world, parents are the driving force behind legislative and practical changes to improve the quality of life of their children.
We have united to promote initiatives of the parent community to create decent living conditions in society, social and educational inclusion of children and adults with disabilities in Russia. Mothers of Russia defends the rights and interests of the family, motherhood, fatherhood, and childhood in Russia. The leader of the Movement is Valentina Petrenko.
The All-Russian public movement "Mothers of Russia", established in February 2012, currently unites more than 700 public organisations working in the field of family, motherhood and childhood in the Russian Federation, regional branches have been opened in all constituent entities of Russia, and cooperation agreements have been signed with similar movements in CIS and non-CIS countries.

By uniting the efforts of mothers to create a healthy climate in the family, strengthening the importance of their position in the life of the labour collective and society as a whole, the movement is actively involved in the implementation of all decisions that the state makes regarding the family. Representatives of the Mothers of Russia movement in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation directly help to implement regional and state programmes to improve the quality of life of socially unprotected categories of the population, including obtaining quality living space and land plots for large families.
One of the important areas is the implementation of programmes to involve the population in medical check-ups to detect serious diseases at early stages, to educate and promote healthy lifestyles in Russian families.
