Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "School of Parents" Completed work In 2021, FORESTGRAND LLC provided sponsorship assistance within the framework of charity in the implementation and support of projects and programmes of ANO "School for Parents of Special Children" of Spassk-Dalny, in the purchase of educational games, literature, school supplies for the beginning of the school year, for the Day of Knowledge! The Soviet Union has always loved holidays, and September 1 was one of the most favourite. The first of September began with an open festive rally, where the main actors were first-graders opening a new page of their lives - the school page. There was and is no official holiday, by which we mean a non-working day, in the calendar, and even in the XXI century parents of first-graders have to take a few hours off work or take time off to spend such an exciting day with their child.
In Soviet times, there were no serious classes on this day, and it was the only day of the year when even bad losers did not have to worry about their grades. A class hour was held, where pupils learnt about the new timetable, met new teachers and new pupils. Pupils were also given other important information.
But it was still a holiday. The students and teachers, who had not seen each other all summer, shared their impressions with each other, overflowing with emotion.

In 1980, 1 September as a holiday was partially legalised. The Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR established Knowledge Day. However, four more years passed, and it began to be celebrated in a new format.  In those years, the first began to hold the Lesson of Peace, which was dedicated to the education of patriotism, pride in the Motherland and citizenship.
Time has passed, the Soviet Union is long gone, but the holiday has remained. The same white bows, festive rulings, flowers for teachers and the obligatory first bell.
As before, first-graders release balloons into the sky, hoping very much that their request for good grades will be heard.
