Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation Completed work In 2019, ForestGrand LLC held an event for forest reproduction: planting forest crops of 135 thousand Korean cedar seedlings on an area of 46 hectares. 12 company employees and 11 local residents of the Kavalerovsky municipal district of Primorsky Krai took part in the project.
The federal project "Forest Conservation" is implemented within the framework of the National Project "Ecology".  
Work under the National Project aimed at environmental protection is carried out in the following areas: waste disposal and recycling, elimination of landfills, preservation of forests and water bodies, reduction of atmospheric emissions, development of eco-tourism and environmental education, and preservation of biological diversity.

Every Russian can take part in the greening of their small and, therefore, big homeland - plant a tree in the forest or in a city park Thanks to the national project "Ecology", everyone has the opportunity to plant a tree.  The largest reforestation campaign in the country is the All-Russian campaign "Save the Forest": it lasts literally all year round, starting with warm spring days and ending with the arrival of cold weather. To go tree planting, all you need to do is go to the website, select your region on the interactive map, find the nearest planting point and write to the curator.
