Innovative technology: 2026 launch of a line of furniture panels: reducing waste and increasing efficiency
The furniture board line is scheduled to start up in 2026.
Furniture board is a board lumber made of individual wooden boards (lamellas) pre-dried in a factory chamber to the required percentage of moisture, which are then glued together under pressure and sanded.
Furniture boards are a demanded and popular material, which is widely used for the manufacture of durable stairs, window sills, slabs, cabinet furniture, for interior decoration. How capricious is this material in application and operation? After all, opinions about it are quite contradictory: someone praises it, and someone complains with rapture about dried out "curves" instead of beautiful furniture and strongly does not recommend it.
Environmentally friendly and safe: Solid wood lamellas are used as the basis for the furniture board, which are joined together using glue. Modern production uses safe adhesives. High strength: The board is glued together from individual parts. This ensures that there are no internal stresses, which are typical of a conventional board, and high strength is ensured. For this reason, furniture boards are well suited for the manufacture of stair treads and other elements subjected to heavy loads.
Aesthetics: The appearance fully reflects the beautiful wood structure, so the material looks as good as solid wood and is appropriate in any, even premium, segment.
