Forestgrand LLC commissioned a timber processing and logistics complex in the Primorsky Territory
As part of the Free Port of Vladivostok regime, Forestgrand LLC launched a timber processing and logistics complex.
According to the press service of JSC Far East Development Corporation (KRDV), investments in the project at this stage amounted to 40 million rubles.
As part of the project, it is planned to process up to 300 thousand cubic meters of wood per year.
The company has created 45 jobs; at further stages of production development, the number of employees is planned to increase to 500 jobs.
Forestgrand LLC purchased equipment for wood processing and began producing and selling profile lumber. It is also planned to soon begin production of natural veneer, plywood and fuel granules and pellets used for heating. We purchase a production line for processing coniferous wood. It is also planned to continue to develop our own transport sector, with investments in our own vehicle fleet.
The presence of tax preferences for SVP residents made it possible to increase the efficiency of the implemented project by more than 50%.
According to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, Forestgrand LLC was registered in the Spassk-Dalniy urban district in August 2018. The company's authorized capital is 300 thousand rubles. The main activity is sawing and planing wood.
To date, residents of the free port of Vladivostok, under agreements with JSC Far East Development Corporation, have already invested more than 95.2 billion rubles in the economy of the Russian Far East, creating 10 thousand 446 jobs. The number of FPV residents has currently reached 1 thousand 486. The total cost of projects implemented by investors exceeded 720 billion rubles, as a result more than 70 thousand jobs will be created.
The Free Port of Vladivostok is a port zone that enjoys special regimes of customs, tax, investment and related regulation. Currently, the regime of the Free Port of Vladivostok, in addition to the Primorsky Territory, extends to the Khabarovsk Territory (Vaninsky and Sovetsko-Gavansky municipal districts), the Sakhalin Region (Korsakovsky and Uglegorsky urban districts), and the Kamchatka Territory.
