Innovations in the Unified State Automated Information System for Timber Accounting from 2022.

Since 2022, new rules in the Unified State Automated Information System of timber accounting have been in force. Their introduction is necessary for the convenience of work of the entrepreneurs themselves, who participate in timber turnover in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as for more effective control by state authorities.

From 7 November 2022 - the balance model of timber turnover accounting is implemented Initially, the balance model was scheduled for 1 March 2022, but in light of known events, Rosleskhoz postponed the deadline.

As of 7 November, a new version of the timber traceability subsystem is available on the m.lesegais.ru web portal. It includes interface and functionality updates and will become fully functional one day from now.

Implementation of the balance model of timber accounting will be carried out in 2 stages: in November users will receive notifications about failure to pass balance check (balance accounting violations), in December - the possibility to execute documents violating balance accounting will be blocked.

The information portal on Working with the Unified State Automated Information System for Wood Accounting provides official presentations and instructions that will allow you to familiarise yourself with the updated interface of the web portal of the Unified State Automated Information System for Wood Accounting and the new basic scenarios of balance accounting.
